Welcome to the blog of the Big Spoon Dining Co-op, formally known as the Beloit Student Dining Coop! Students at Beloit College this fall have kicked off the second year. 21 students eat 5 meals per week together, while sharing the responsibilities that come along with managing and maintaining the co-op.
